Archaeological Museum and Art

The Archaeological Museum and Art of the Maremma – Museum of Sacred Art of the Diocese of Grosseto, situated into Palazzo of the Old Court, in the centre of Grosseto.The building is On three floors divided into five sections and forty rooms, runs through the whole history of the Maremma from prehistoric times to the emergence of the Etruscan cities, passing through the Roman conquest of the Middle Ages and up to modern times, through archeology and art documents.

Full price: 5,00 Euro. Reduced ticket: 2,50 Euro: undergraduate students, under 18s, over 65s, military service, groups of 20 or more persons, owners of “Vulci Card”, ACI card holders. Free tickets: children under 6, EU citizens with disabilities and a family member or other companion who their membership to services of social and health assistance, accompanying school classes teachers, tour guides, members of the clergy, members the International Council of Museums (ICOM), employees of the Ministry of heritage and cultural activities (MiBAC), card holders: “Edumusei card”. Ticket for school groups: € 1 per student
