Montorgiali Castle

The fortification was built in the 12th century as a possession of a local family, the counts of Santa Fiora.
Montorgiali Castle is located in a dominant position overlooking the entire village, on the right of the Church of San Biagio.
Between the building adjacent to the Church and the left corner of the castle is a stone wall, where there is a round arch door, above which is placed the coat of arms with the lion of the people of Siena; Another segmental arch door is located on the north side.
